As a board-certified specialist in otorhinolaryngology, I practice in Vienna, with my two private ENT clinics:

  • Education and Training

Priv.-Doz. DDr. Faris Brkic completed his medical degree at the Medical University of Vienna in 2018 and earned his doctorate (Dr. scient. med.) in 2022. In 2023, he obtained his habilitation (Privatdozent) in otorhinolaryngology and completed his specialist training at Vienna General Hospital (AKH) in 2024. He has participated in numerous national and international courses and conferences and has authored over 60 scientific publications.

  • Fellowship

In 2025, as a board-certified specialist, he completed a one-year rhinology fellowship at a renowned center in Manchester, providing him with highly specialized surgical subspecialty training in rhinoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, and skull base surgery.

  • Surgery

I perform all surgical procedures at renowned private hospitals in Vienna as well as at the General Hospital of the City of Vienna (AKH), where I work as a consultant specialist. Thanks to my specialized surgical training, I am able to carry out the majority of procedures using minimally invasive techniques. Whenever possible, operations are performed endoscopically via natural access routes to minimize visible scarring and preserve surrounding structures to the greatest extent. The goal is precise care with optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes, combined with faster recovery and reduced postoperative burden for my patients.
